Please come prepared with a budget and prepared to make a deposit (typically 1/3 to 1/2 of your expected expense) will be required within 2 weeks of our planning call.
If you need a payment plan, I can offer some options. Not all are interest free. I cannot guarantee a payment plan.
Your booking experience with me should take about 2-3 weeks from the initial consult to a completely planned a booked trip.
After the consultation call, I will send you directions on how to make my planning fee payment. Feel free to ask any questions during our conversation. I’ll also send my terms and conditions to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
I will need you to select the travel dates and establish a budget. Please be prepared to deposit 1/3 to 1/2 of your total costs.
My one-time fee varies with the complexity of your trip—the more intricate your plans, the higher the fee. Unlike agents who rely solely on commissions, I choose suppliers based on what best suits your needs, ensuring transparency and flexibility.
I'll offer tailored suggestions by selecting ideal locations, tours and activities. You will have 3-5 days to review and reply with your comments. We will have another 2 calls to make revisions.

First, we will agree on your transportation and then your accommodations. Decisions need to be made promptly (3-5 days) to secure the best available options. Delays that result in need to requote will be charged an additional fee.
For payment, I will send a credit card authorization form for the expected amount as each expense arises. Your card details will be used solely to pay the supplier—whether airline, lodging, or tour operator—and will expire in 30 days; I do not store your information.
Even after the trip is booked to your satisfaction, I will continue to monitor your itinerary. If your flights change or you have questions, I’m here to help adjust days or activities. Please note that rescheduling and changes in route will require additional time and will incur a additional fee.
